Terugbetalingsbeleid
1. Algemeen Terugbetalingsbeleid
Bij House of Wizards staat klanttevredenheid voorop. Als u niet tevreden bent met uw aankoop, bieden wij een uitgebreid terugbetalingsbeleid in overeenstemming met de Belgische consumentenwetgeving.
2. Herroepingsrecht

Geschiktheid: Consumenten hebben het recht om hun aankoop zonder opgave van redenen te herroepen binnen 14 dagen vanaf de dag waarop de consument of een door de consument aangewezen derde (die niet de vervoerder is) de goederen fysiek in bezit krijgt.

Uitoefening van het Herroepingsrecht: Om het herroepingsrecht uit te oefenen, moet u ons informeren over uw beslissing om de overeenkomst te herroepen door middel van een ondubbelzinnige verklaring (bijv. een brief per post of e-mail). U kunt het modelformulier voor herroeping gebruiken, maar dit is niet verplicht.

Gevolgen van Herroeping: Als u de overeenkomst herroept, zullen wij alle van u ontvangen betalingen terugbetalen, inclusief de leveringskosten (met uitzondering van de extra kosten die voortvloeien uit uw keuze voor een andere leveringsmethode dan de goedkoopste standaardlevering die wij aanbieden), zonder onnodige vertraging en in ieder geval niet later dan 14 dagen nadat wij op de hoogte zijn gesteld van uw beslissing om deze overeenkomst te herroepen.

Teruggave van Goederen: U moet de goederen zonder onnodige vertraging en in ieder geval niet later dan 14 dagen vanaf de dag waarop u de herroeping van deze overeenkomst aan ons heeft meegedeeld, naar ons terugsturen of overhandigen. U draagt de directe kosten van het terugzenden van de goederen.
3. Voorwaarden voor Terugbetaling

Staat van Geretourneerde Goederen: De goederen moeten in hun originele staat, ongebruikt en in de originele verpakking worden geretourneerd. Elk product dat beschadigd, gebruikt of zonder originele verpakking wordt geretourneerd, komt mogelijk niet in aanmerking voor een volledige terugbetaling.

Aankoopbewijs: Om uw retour te voltooien, hebben we een kassabon of aankoopbewijs nodig.

Verwerkingstijd: Zodra uw retourzending is ontvangen en geïnspecteerd, sturen wij u een e-mail om u op de hoogte te stellen van de ontvangst van uw geretourneerde artikel. We zullen u ook op de hoogte stellen van de goedkeuring of afwijzing van uw terugbetaling. Als deze is goedgekeurd, wordt uw terugbetaling verwerkt en wordt binnen een bepaald aantal dagen automatisch een krediet toegepast op uw oorspronkelijke betaalmethode.
4. Pre-orders

Annulering van Pre-orders: U kunt uw pre-order op elk moment annuleren voordat het product is verzonden. Neem contact met ons op via support@houseofwizards.com om een pre-order te annuleren.

Terugbetalingen voor Pre-orders: Als u een pre-order annuleert voordat deze is verzonden, ontvangt u een volledige terugbetaling van de aankoopprijs. Als de pre-order al is verzonden, zijn de standaard herroepingsrecht- en retourvoorwaarden van toepassing.
5. Niet-restitueerbare Artikelen
Bepaalde artikelen komen niet in aanmerking voor terugbetaling:
- Cadeaubonnen
- Downloadbare softwareproducten
- Sommige gezondheids- en persoonlijke verzorgingsproducten
6. Verlate of Missende Terugbetalingen

Verlate Terugbetalingen: Als u nog geen terugbetaling heeft ontvangen, controleer dan eerst nogmaals uw bankrekening. Neem vervolgens contact op met uw creditcardmaatschappij; het kan enige tijd duren voordat uw terugbetaling officieel is geboekt. Neem daarna contact op met uw bank. Er is vaak enige verwerkingstijd voordat een terugbetaling is geboekt.

Onontvangen Terugbetalingen: Als u dit allemaal heeft gedaan en nog steeds geen terugbetaling heeft ontvangen, neem dan contact met ons op via support@houseofwizards.com.
7. Ruilen
We vervangen artikelen alleen als ze defect of beschadigd zijn. Als u het artikel voor hetzelfde item wilt ruilen, stuur ons dan een e-mail op houseofwizards@hotmail.com en stuur uw artikel naar: Steenstraat 69, 8000 Brugge

1. General Refund Policy
At House of Wizards, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive refund policy in accordance with Belgian consumer law.
2. Right of Withdrawal

Eligibility: Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which the consumer or a third party indicated by the consumer (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal: To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the withdrawal form provided, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Return of Goods: You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
3. Conditions for Refund

Condition of Returned Goods: The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Any product that is returned damaged, used, or without the original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
4. Pre-orders

Pre-order Cancellations: You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the product has been dispatched. To cancel a pre-order, please contact us at support@houseofwizards.com.

Refunds for Pre-orders: If you cancel a pre-order before it has been dispatched, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. If the pre-order has already been dispatched, the standard right of withdrawal and return conditions will apply.
5. Non-refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable:

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
6. Late or Missing Refunds

Delayed Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

7. Exchanges
