Algemene Voorwaarden

1. Algemeen

Welkom bij House of Wizards! Deze Algemene Voorwaarden (de "Voorwaarden") zijn van toepassing op het gebruik van onze webshop en fysieke winkel, die trading card games en Harry Potter-merchandise verkoopt en evenementen organiseert voor trading card games. Door gebruik te maken van onze diensten, stemt u in met deze Voorwaarden.

2. Definities

• House of Wizards: De naam van onze webshop en fysieke winkel.
• Diensten: De verkoop van producten, het organiseren van evenementen, en alle andere diensten die wij aanbieden.
• Gebruiker: Iedere persoon die gebruik maakt van onze diensten, zowel online als in de fysieke winkel.
• Evenementen: Door ons georganiseerde activiteiten zoals toernooien en andere bijeenkomsten met betrekking tot trading card games.
• Pre-orders: Bestellingen van producten die nog niet beschikbaar zijn maar wel vooruit kunnen worden besteld.

3. Gebruikersvoorwaarden

• Gebruikers moeten minimaal 18 jaar oud zijn of toestemming hebben van een ouder of wettelijke voogd om gebruik te maken van onze diensten.
• Het is verplicht correcte en actuele informatie te verstrekken bij registratie en aankopen.
• Gebruikers dienen zich te gedragen volgens de geldende gedragsregels tijdens evenementen en in de winkel.

4. Inhoud en Eigendom

• Alle inhoud op onze website en in de winkel, inclusief teksten, afbeeldingen en video's, is eigendom van House of Wizards of de respectievelijke eigendomseigenaren en mag niet zonder toestemming worden gebruikt.
• Gebruikers mogen geen inhoud uploaden die in strijd is met de wet of de rechten van anderen.

5. Privacy en Gegevensbescherming

• House of Wizards verzamelt persoonlijke gegevens zoals naam, adres, en betaalinformatie voor het verwerken van bestellingen en het organiseren van evenementen.
• Deze gegevens worden vertrouwelijk behandeld en opgeslagen in overeenstemming met de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG) en andere toepasselijke Belgische wetgeving.

6. Betalingen en Transacties

• Wij accepteren diverse betaalmethoden, waaronder creditcard, Bancontact, en PayPal.
• Bestellingen kunnen worden geannuleerd binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van de producten, conform de Belgische wet op het consumentenrecht.
• Restituties worden verstrekt in overeenstemming met ons Retourbeleid.

7. Pre-orders

• Pre-orders zijn bestellingen voor producten die nog niet op voorraad zijn maar die in de toekomst beschikbaar zullen zijn.
• De verwachte leverdatum voor pre-orders wordt vermeld op de productpagina. Deze datum is een schatting en kan onderhevig zijn aan veranderingen.
• Betaling voor pre-orders dient te geschieden op het moment van plaatsing van de bestelling.
• In het geval van annulering van een pre-order door House of Wizards, wordt het volledige aankoopbedrag terugbetaald.
• Consumenten hebben het recht om hun pre-order binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van het product te annuleren.

8. Gedragsregels

• Gebruikers dienen respectvol en eerlijk te handelen bij gebruik van onze diensten en tijdens evenementen.
• Het is verboden om te frauderen, misbruik te maken van de diensten, of andere gebruikers te hinderen.
• Overtredingen van de gedragsregels kunnen leiden tot uitsluiting van evenementen, annulering van bestellingen, en/of het blokkeren van toegang tot onze diensten.

9. Aansprakelijkheid

• House of Wizards is niet aansprakelijk voor enige indirecte schade, gevolgschade of schade door overmacht voortvloeiend uit het gebruik van onze diensten.
• Onze aansprakelijkheid beperkt zich tot de directe schade en het maximale bedrag dat is betaald voor het betreffende product of dienst, tenzij deze schade te wijten is aan opzet of grove nalatigheid van House of Wizards.
• Wij bieden geen garanties met betrekking tot de beschikbaarheid van producten of de juistheid van informatie op onze website.

10. Herroepingsrecht

• Consumenten hebben het recht om hun bestelling binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te annuleren.
• Om het herroepingsrecht uit te oefenen, moet u ons via een ondubbelzinnige verklaring (bijvoorbeeld schriftelijk per post of e-mail) op de hoogte stellen van uw beslissing om de overeenkomst te herroepen.
• De producten dienen ongebruikt, in de originele verpakking, en in dezelfde staat als waarin ze zijn ontvangen, teruggestuurd te worden.

11. Wijzigingen in de Voorwaarden

• House of Wizards behoudt zich het recht voor om deze Voorwaarden op elk moment te wijzigen.
• Wijzigingen worden van kracht zodra ze op onze website zijn gepubliceerd. Het verdere gebruik van onze diensten na publicatie van de wijzigingen betekent dat u akkoord gaat met de gewijzigde Voorwaarden.

12. Geschillen en Toepasselijk Recht

• Op deze Voorwaarden is het Belgisch recht van toepassing.
• In geval van een geschil zal dit worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechtbank in het arrondissement waar House of Wizards is gevestigd, tenzij de wet dwingend een andere rechtbank voorschrijft.
